We are committed to hearing your concerns and resolving any issues that may arise quickly.
If you are a client/participant/ participant’s carer and you like to either:
- Discuss your concerns with a director
- Discuss your concerns with the therapist that is providing your service
then please let us know. This helps us to resolve issues quickly.
*You can arrange to speak with the director face-to-face or via phone between the hours of 9-5 Monday to Friday.
