Our fees
Our sessions are billed at $193.99 per hour, aligned with the NDIS Price Guide 2024–2025. This includes 45 minutes of face-to-face therapy and 15 minutes for tasks like note writing, planning and preparation. Assessment reports, scoring and interpretation of results, meetings with other professionals and other non face-to-face work are also billed at $193.99 per hour. Our initial consultations typically require 2 to 3.5 hours of clinician time, including a phone call and a 60-minute in-clinic session.
Funding
National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) Participants
We offer assessments, individual therapy and group therapy to NDIS clients with funding that is self managed and plan managed.
Medicare
Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists can provide services to clients who have received a Medicare plan from their GP. This might be a GPCCMP plan or an M10. Contact us to find out more.
Private Health Cover
Many private health funds cover speech therapy and occupational therapy supports. We are able to process private health claims on the day of your appointment. Please contact your private health fund prior to your first appointment to find out more about your coverage.
