Self Care Skills for Children in Adelaide
Building independence through everyday skills

Self-care skills are the foundation for a child’s independence and confidence. Tasks like brushing teeth, getting dressed, washing, managing toileting and feeding can be challenging for some children, impacting their confidence and independence. Our occupational therapy focuses on empowering kids to build these skills step by step, creating smoother routines for families and fostering independence.
Our occupational therapists are registered with AHPRA, members of OT Australia, and support children with self-care and daily living skills as a core area of OT practice
