Cassidy joins the SPOT team bringing with her experience working with children with communication needs across language, speech, literacy, social communication, early language development and AAC. Cass is passionate about providing strengths-based, person-centred support that respects each child’s individual communication style, autonomy, interests, and sensory needs and her approach focuses on creating supportive and flexible environments where children feel safe, understood, and confident to communicate in ways that feel natural to them.
